I was at the pool in the evening and I swimmed a little because it was very hot outside and the water very cold…
It wasn’t the best day for my program… but it’s Saturday and ..I’ll make that an excuse!
In the morning I did had my shake… banana, strawberries and oranges + goji and Akai sirup…. very very tasty.. I shared it with all my family and they were all very pleased!! Thanks Alice for your great idea!!!
